Jason Dy Releases Debut Single “Ulit-Ulit” as Newest Addition to Star Music Family
After eight years in the music industry, Jason Dy is embarking on a new chapter in his career as the newest member of ABS-CBN’s Star Music family. He marked this milestone with the release of his first single under the label, “Ulit-Ulit,” on March 1, exactly eight years after winning “The Voice Philippines” season 2.
Dubbed as the country’s Prince of Soul, Jason takes a bold step towards reinventing himself by exploring new genres beyond his comfort zone, starting with the R&B dance track “Ulit-Ulit.” The song tackles the frustration of repetitive arguments in a relationship, leaving the listener to ponder whether the relationship is worth saving or if it’s nearing its end.
The singer-songwriter penned “Ulit-Ulit” a few years back and is excited to finally release it. The track will be part of his upcoming mini-album set to be released this year under Star Music.
