KodeGo Unveils a Game-Changing TaaS Program Tailored Job-Skills Alignment

KodeGo, the forward-thinking startup, is revolutionizing the landscape of job-skills matching through its innovative Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) program. This visionary initiative offers tailored educational solutions meticulously designed to meet the unique demands of various companies.

The TaaS program leverages KodeGo’s expertise in technology and skills training to provide a personalized approach that empowers enterprises to equip their workforce with specific skills crucial for achieving their strategic goals.

During a recent address at the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform (AIBP) Conference and Exhibition, KodeGo’s Entrepreneur-In-Residence, Cristina Gervasio, shed light on their dual approach in partnering with companies to address diverse and evolving business requirements.

In a bid to democratize education for Filipinos aged 18 and above, KodeGo conducts intensive tech bootcamps, enabling its graduates to secure positions with company partners in as little as three months. Since its inception in 2021, KodeGo has welcomed over 4,000 enrollees and celebrated the success of 1,300 graduates. This inclusive approach opens new job opportunities for individuals from all walks of life, ranging from delivery riders to wedding photographers, all eager to upskill and enhance their professional value.

KodeGo’s commitment to breaking down barriers in traditional education is further exemplified by the groundbreaking TaaS program and its profound impact on clients and the broader learning community.

KodeGo’s Entrepreneur-In-Residence, Cristina Gervasio, elaborated on the simplicity and effectiveness of the TaaS process. “For our TaaS program, the process is straightforward yet highly effective,” she explained. “We engage in a dialogue with the human resources team, and they provide us with a comprehensive list of areas that need improvement within their current employee pool. Subsequently, we collaboratively design a highly specific curriculum and embark on this educational journey together.”

One stellar example of the TaaS initiative’s success is the partnership between KodeGo and the shared services company Asticom Group of Companies. Together, they developed a special six-month cadetship program, named AstiELEVATE, aimed at upskilling ten recent graduates. This tailored course encompassed both technical skills such as Full Stack Web Development and essential soft skills like leadership modules.

Cristina Gervasio added, “The attrition rate in our TaaS program is currently at zero because all parties involved are fully invested from the outset.”

With the TaaS program, KodeGo’s ability to customize courses underscores its dedication to evolving in tandem with the dynamic needs of businesses, reaffirming its commitment to reshaping the landscape of education and training.
