PETA’s hit musical RAK OF AEGIS is coming online!

The long wait is over as PETA’S Hit Musical, RAK OF AEGIS, will finally coming to our screens online this coming July 31, August 1, 7 to 8, 2021.

The live performance of the production is shot live and will be available to stream for pay-per-view on ticket2me.net for this two weekends.

Rak of aegis feature songs from 90’s on the band Aegis.

This musical play tells the story of a young girl with a big voice who dreams of becoming a YouTube sensation, named Aileen. While fulfilling her dream, she also finds herself in the position of helping her barangay health hazard and livelihood conditions amidst unceasing flood water.

This musical was opened and played first on January 13, 2014 and ran for a whopping 7 seasons, and ended on September 29, 2019.

Since people can’t go out of their house amid pandemic, fans have been requesting theather play online since pandemic and one of that is Rak of Aegis, and knowing that this is finally going online excites us the most.

Liza Magtoto (book) has written Rak of Aegis and directed by the company’s Artistic Director Maribel Lagardo, with musical direction, arrangement, and vocal direction by Myke Salomon.

Moreover, members of the creative team include the choreographier, Gio Gahol; Set designer, Mio Infantel Jonjon Villareal, lights designer; Carlo Villafuerte Pagunaling, costume designer; Maco Custodio, shoe designer; and Jo-ann Pamintuan, accessory designer.

members of the cast that has been around 7 seasons includes Aicelle Santos, Jerald Napoles, Pepe Herrera, Isay Alvarez Seña, Robert Seña, Kakai Bautista, Myke Salomon, Poppert Bernadas, and Ron Alfonso, to name a few.
