Globe and Meta’s Remote Presence and Infrastructure teams have joined forces to deliver an enhanced experience on Messenger, a popular chat app in the country.
With the upgrade to Real-Time Communication (RTC), Globe customers will experience better quality voice and video calls using Messenger compared to the standard quality nationwide. A 22% improvement in RTC call quality has been recorded, along with a 10% increase in bitrate and a 23% decrease in Round-Trip Time (RTT).
