The partnership coincides with the launch of Happy Hotels’ exclusive mid-year sale, featuring discounts and deals of up to 50% off select accommodations.

Happy Hotels selected Ide as its brand ambassador because of his vibrant and optimistic personality, which embodies the brand’s commitment to providing joyful and satisfying travel experiences for its customers. Although he hails from Brazil, Ide has lived in the Philippines for 13 years and embraced the country’s culture, making him a true Filipino at heart.

CEO and founder Jason Lao expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that they are delighted to have Ide as their first official brand ambassador and thrilled to have him help kick-start their biggest mid-year online sale to date. Lao described Ide’s fun personality, hospitality, and happy outlook on life as the perfect representation of Happy Hotels’ brand positioning as a Filipino-made travel booking app for Filipinos.
