Expanding PalawanPay Suki Access: ECPay Collaboration Brings More Cash-Out Options

Exciting news for all loyal customers of PalawanPay! We are thrilled to announce that PalawanPay sukis can now conveniently cash in at over 30,000 partner outlets and sari-sari stores affiliated with ECPay, extending across the entire Philippines. This expansion builds upon Palawan’s existing collaboration with Electronic Commerce Payments (EC PAY) Inc., the foremost provider of electronic customer purchase and payment systems in the country.

This dynamic partnership fortifies and complements PalawanPay’s extensive network, which includes Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala’s 10,000 branches and authorized outlets, along with over 25,000 PalawanPay Moneyshops. With this development, our sukis will experience even greater ease in transferring funds to their accounts for various e-wallet transactions.

Beyond cash-in services, Palawan Group of Companies and ECPay have been facilitating bills payment and load top-up services for utility billers such as Manila Water, Globe, PLDT, Converge, DragonPay, Home Credit, SSS, Pagibig, PSA Serbilis, as well as load top-up for major telco partners and prepaid utilities like Meralco and Cignal.

Lisa Lou Castro-Sabado, Palawan Group of Companies’ Cash Management Solutions Director, emphasized, “Catering to the diverse needs of our loyal sukis has always been at the heart of the Palawan Group of Companies. This partnership with ECPay exemplifies our unwavering commitment to finding innovative ways to enhance the financial transaction experience of our sukis.”

“As a prominent provider of electronic customer purchase and payment systems in the Philippines, ECPay is excited to extend our partnership with the Palawan Group of Companies. This collaboration highlights our mutual dedication to providing unparalleled convenience and accessibility for customers nationwide,” expressed Patricia dela Fuente, ECPay’s General Manager.

The partnership between the Palawan Group of Companies and ECPay reflects a joint commitment to delivering unmatched convenience and accessibility for their customers, aligning with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ objective of promoting financial inclusivity in the country.
