The song’s electronic effects infuse attractively with a sumptuous, vintage sound, which Bones elaborate also saying, “We aimed for it to be a jazz-pop piece that was evocative of and prompted by a time in pop music where Corrine Bailey Rae and Norah Jones were favorites of the audiences.” “It’s plainly one of my favorite collusions to date,” says Joie.
