BPCI Demonstrates Solidarity with Filipino Soldiers via Hospital Visit

Binibining Pilipinas Charities Incorporated (BPCI) has once again joined hands with the Makati Medical Center (MMC) Foundation to bring joy and positivity to V. Luna General Hospital in Quezon City.

On August 17, approximately a hundred injured soldiers had the opportunity to spend quality time with the Binibinis, including Bb. Pilipinas International 2022 Nicole Borromeo, Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2023 Anna Lakrini, Bb. Pilipinas 2023 1st runner-up Katrina Anne Johnson, and Bb. Pilipinas 2023 2nd runner-up Atasha Reign Parani during an activity-filled afternoon at the hospital’s auditorium.

The Binibinis engaged in a musical acoustic session and delivered inspirational speeches to uplift the spirits of the patients. Borromeo even conducted an art therapy session to aid in the recovery of the wounded soldiers.

As a token of appreciation for the soldiers’ service to the country, the Binibinis distributed gift packs from Aishe Fashion, Jag, and BeauteDerm. They also shared meals with the soldiers, courtesy of Pizza Hut.

Gines Enriquez, head of BPCI, expressed the organization’s gratitude for the soldiers’ dedication to the nation, especially during times of need. He stated, “Our brave soldiers have endured various injuries—physical, mental, emotional—as they fulfill their duty to our country. BPCI is delighted to be of service to our modern-day heroes when they need our help and support the most.”

It has become a tradition for BPCI to collaborate with the MMC Foundation in providing relief assistance and inspiration to wounded soldiers at V. Luna General Hospital through the participation of Binibining Pilipinas candidates and queens.
