22 Years with Kabayan Hotel

22 years ago, Kabayan Hotel opened its doors, providing warm Filipino hospitality at accessible rates and becoming the hotel of choice for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and balikbayans.

Celebrating the Filipino Success Journey through Innovation

“At Kabayan Hotel, our tagline has been ‘kasabayan niyo kami’, whether they are at the start of their journey as aspiring OFWs staying at our Dorms and Kapsules, or returning overseas workers who have been able to save up for our Standard Superior Rooms and now, our Suite rooms, we are able to host them as they relax and bond with their families,” General Manager Raymund Aves says.

Kabayan Hotel has transformed the hospitality sector over the years with innovative offerings such as Dorm Rooms and team lodgings. Pad Rooms for travellers and seamen are also available, as are Japanese-style Kapsule Rooms.

Kabayan Hotel – Mabuhay Suite

Another interesting new accommodation will open this year with the introduction of the Kabayan Suites on the top floor of its newly-constructed building. Each Kabayan Suite features a luxury room, a well-appointed bathroom, and a calm atmosphere ideal for family vacations.

Guests get to enjoy all these at a price that’s easy on the pocket. The new building also has brand new Pad and Mabuhay Suites for travellers who would like to enjoy room amenities that are designed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the busy metro.

Salo Restaurant – Kare Kare

Traditional Filipino food also comes to the fore at the Salo restaurant, which offers bestsellers such as crispy pata, kare-kare, and beef mechado for a true taste of home. It also has daily merienda buffets from 2 to 5p.m. serving comfort food favorites such as arroz caldo, ginataang mais, and garlic sotanghon, along with popular street food like fishballs, kikiam and kakanin (rice cakes) for only P249/pax.

The new building also has a Salo function room for special events and business gatherings, which can hold up to 150 people. A new roofdeck will soon be available as a location for unforgettable festivities.

At the center of all this remains the hotel’s continued commitment to provide genuine, guest-centered Pinoy hospitality.

“At Kabayan hotel, we welcome our guests much like we welcome visitors at home.  We want to make their stay as convenient for them as possible,” says General Manager Raymund Aves.

“As we embark on the next 22 years, we are continuously innovating our trusted Filipino hospitality brand, offering improved services and brand new rooms to fellow Filipinos, while keeping to our promise of ‘sulit’ and ‘alaga’. To continue serving and growing our market, we are evolving our hotel products and services with the tagline, ‘Bagong Kabayan Para sa Bagong Makabayan’. We would like to invite and welcome more guests who are looking for a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay at every stage of their success journey,” Aves adds.
