Cebu was buzzing with joy as Jollibee joined the Sinulog season, sharing smiles with families, tourists, and devotees during one of the Philippines’ most cherished cultural and religious celebrations.

The celebration kicked off on January 12 with Jollibee Sinulog Media Day, giving media partners an exclusive first look at the brand’s activities for the season, helping to build excitement and community engagement ahead of the peak festivities.

To greet the steady flow of visitors arriving in Cebu, Jollibee staged airport activations at Mactan-Cebu International Airport from January 15 to 17. Travelers were welcomed by the iconic mascot, treated to fun giveaways, and introduced to special Sinulog offers, creating a warm and festive first impression for guests entering the province.

Throughout the Sinulog season, Jollibee stores across Cebu transformed into vibrant hubs of celebration. Select branches featured festive arches, buntings, and air dancers, while digital teasers and influencer content brought the festive spirit online, allowing more people nationwide to join in the fun.

Adding to the excitement were exclusive Sinulog Festival Treats, including a free Go Large Coke upgrade with any Chickenjoy value meal and a free 1.5L Coke with every Chickenjoy bucket—delighting customers while boosting store activity during the holiday period.

The festivities reached a high point during the Sinulog weekend with flash mobs at major malls including Ayala Center Cebu, SM Seaside, and Robinsons Galleria. Beloved Jollibee mascots joined Sinulog-inspired dance performances and interactive games, spreading joy and engaging festivalgoers. The Jollibee General Maxilom branch, situated along one of the busiest parade routes, hosted fun activities, mascot meet-and-greets, and exciting prize giveaways. At the Sinulog Devotee City near the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño, Jollibee shared special moments with nearly 1,000 pilgrims.

The celebration culminated with Jollibee’s colorful float in the Sinulog Grand Parade, capturing the hearts of the crowd and reinforcing the brand’s commitment to celebrating Filipino culture and traditions.
