The guidebook is a collaborative initiative led by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with local industry leaders. Originally developed for Cebu Business Month 2025 and refined for its ASEAN Tourism Forum debut, the guidebook features nearly 300 establishments and service providers, covering hotels, venues, transportation, professional conference organizers, and event suppliers.
