Partnered with GPA Brazil, a leading labor gymnastics company with 17 years of thought leadership in workplace ergonomics, DHC trailblazes ergonomic human exercise intervention focusing on work-from-home (WFH) challenges.
Labor Gymnastics, the primary product of Laboral, is a method to prevent or mitigate ergonomic workplace hazards through 15-minute exercises done within the existing work space, in one’s work clothes, within one’s physical limits at the start, during or end of a work day.
Laboral addresses challenges arising from WFH setup such as discomfort from back and neck strains, reduced daily natural movements, domestic distractions, anxiety over the pandemic, and costly employee engagement
Compliant to the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Act and aligned with the Telecommuting (remote working) regulations both passed in 2019, Laboral is a strategy to manage and impact productivity of employees, a preventive versus reactive health care, an engagement in a virtual and disconnected reality, and a culture of care and human sustainability.
