ABS-CBN Music cemented its industry leadership after being crowned Music Company of the Year at the Filipino Music Awards (FMA) 2026. The network’s premier music arm shared the spotlight with its stellar roster of Kapamilya talents, including the “Nation’s Girl Group” BINI, breakout pop artist Maki, and Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, who all secured the evening’s highest accolades.
Now in its second year, the Filipino Music Awards celebrates artistic excellence and creativity, honoring the creators and institutions driving the global evolution of Original Pilipino Music (OPM). The 2026 gala was presented by AGC Power Holdings Corp., in cooperation with One MEGA Group Inc., MEGA Global Group Inc., Modern Media Group Inc., and DigistarPH Inc.

OPM icon Regine Velasquez-Alcasid was bestowed the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. The distinction celebrates her legendary, decades-long discography and enduring influence on generations of Filipino vocalists.
Meanwhile, P-pop sensation BINI emerged as the night’s absolute powerhouse, sweeping two major flagship categories:

• Tour of the Year (for their highly acclaimed Signals World Tour)
The twin victories underscore BINI‘s explosive international trajectory. The group has consistently elevated OPM on the global stage through historic festival debuts at Coachella and Summer Sonic, their official soundtrack recording of “A Parallel World” for the feature film Forgotten Island, and their massive ongoing world tour.
Album of the Year Honors
Hitmaker Maki walked away with the coveted Album of the Year trophy for his acclaimed 10-track record, KOLORCOASTER. Released under the ABS-CBN sub-label Tarsier Records, the studio album features chart-topping anthems like “Dilaw,” “kahel na langit,” and “Namumula.”
