The Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc. (KCFI) continues to drive holistic learning and student development across the country through its partnership with the BPI Foundation (BPIF). Throughout September 2026, the joint initiative deployed high-tech learning packages and multimedia assets to multiple public schools across the Visayas and Mindanao regions, directly complementing BPIF’s overarching FinEd Unboxed educational framework.

Each recipient institution was equipped with a robust, interactive multimedia package designed to seamlessly integrate digital lessons into daily class schedules across all grade levels. Each package includes:

• A premium 55-inch Smart TV for interactive, visual classroom lectures.

• The Knowledge Channel Portable Media Library (KCPML), an offline storage unit pre-loaded with over 1,500 curriculum-aligned video lessons approved for local education standards.

Promoting Financial Literacy with All-New “Estudyantipid” Episodes

Alongside the hardware turnovers, KCFI and BPIF officially premiered brand-new installments of Estudyantipid. The original, youth-oriented educational show uses highly relatable local scenarios and age-appropriate financial guidance to instill practical money-saving habits, smart budgeting, and financial literacy in young Filipino learners.

KCFI Vice President Edric Calma expressed deep gratitude for BPI Foundation’s unwavering commitment to the advocacy, highlighting that the alliance successfully brings high-quality multimedia tools closer to underserved student communities nationwide.

“Through our partnership with the BPI Foundation, we are building on that legacy. The turnover of the Knowledge Channel TV does not merely provide access to our curriculum-based video lessons, but is an investment in the future for every learner who will benefit from curriculum-aligned video lessons, all developed to make learning more engaging and fun, more interactive and constructive, and more effective and relevant,” Edric said.

“At BPI, we believe that financial education is a powerful tool for empowerment. By helping young Filipinos develop practical money skills early, we can help build a generation that is more responsible, resilient, and prepared for the future,” said BPIF trustee Mary Catherine Elizabeth Santamaria.
