With this upgrade, Fiber Prepaid users can now reload their internet in just a few steps using the Maya app or by visiting participating Maya Business Centers. The process is designed to fit seamlessly into everyday routines, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for work, study, and entertainment.
For in-app users, loading is simple:
- Open the Maya app
- Go to the Shop section and select Broadband
- Choose PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid
- Enter the account number and complete payment
Once confirmed, the load is instantly credited to the customer’s account.
