realme Philippines is entering a new growth phase with the appointment of Alice Liu as Marketing Director, signaling a strengthened push in the highly competitive local smartphone market.

Alice brings more than a decade of international experience in integrated and digital marketing, with a proven track record in scaling brand presence and executing high-impact campaigns across multiple markets. Prior to joining realme Philippines, she served as Head of Marketing at ASTRAUX and held a key marketing leadership role at Xiaomi Indonesia, where she spearheaded major product launches and end-to-end integrated campaigns.

Her earlier career spans globally recognized organizations including Tencent, IPG Group, and Publicis Groupe, giving her a strong foundation in both strategic brand building and execution at scale. She holds an MBA jointly from Cornell University and Tsinghua University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Minzu University of China.

Joining her in strengthening realme Philippines’ marketing leadership is Mitze Abrio, appointed as Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Lead. Mitze brings over 10 years of experience in 360-degree marketing, brand activations, and large-scale campaign execution across the tech and retail industries. She previously served as Brand Marketing Manager at TECNO Mobile Philippines, where she led integrated ATL, BTL, PR, and digital initiatives.

With deep expertise in experiential marketing, influencer engagement, media relations, and nationwide rollout strategies, Mitze is set to drive realme Philippines’ integrated communications efforts and strengthen strategic partnerships across channels.

Together, Alice Liu and Mitze Abrio are expected to shape the next chapter of realme Philippines’ brand evolution—focusing on stronger consumer engagement, sharper campaign execution, and sustained market expansion in the country’s fast-moving digital and mobile landscape.
