The 118th Philippine Independence Day is coming near this June 12, 2016. Are you excited? Most probably not. It’s not like the American 4th of July where Americans really get excited because of the fireworks and the other fun fares. In the Philippines, it’s just a normal holiday with government doing ceremonial tributes in Luneta and Kawit, Cavite. This June 12, 2016, Jollibee is making Independence Day a more special and memorable day for all Filipinos!
Last May 31, 2016, at the Jollibee E. Rodriguez branch, Wazzup.PH was invited to know about more about the company’s grandest Jollibee Independence Day campaign, “#PinoyAndProud: Ang Sarap, Ang Saya Maging Pilipino!”
In this #PinoyAndProud campaign, Jollibee brings to us Filipinos the following:

From the hit maker / composer duo of Thyro and Yumi, comes a new catchy #PinoyAndProud anthem titled, “Sarap at Saya.”
The song captures the essence of the resilient, compassionate, and joy-filled Filipino spirit.
