The Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension DLC, featuring a fresh storyline and brand-new gameplay content, is set to launch on December 10, 2025.

Enter the Mysterious Hyperspace Lumiose
After Team MZ restores peace to Lumiose City, strange distortions begin to appear — opening paths to an entirely new world. Trainers will meet Ansha, a mysterious young girl accompanied by Hoopa, the Mischief Pokémon, who can expand these distortions into massive portals leading to Hyperspace Lumiose.
At first glance, Hyperspace Lumiose may resemble the real city, but it’s far from ordinary. Within this dimension, Trainers will encounter:
- Pokémon that can surpass Level 100 with special hyperspace levels
- Rare and never-before-seen Mega-Evolved Pokémon
- Hidden powers and new mysteries waiting to be unraveled
And yes, Trainers can even gather berries and help Ansha make some special donuts that hold mysterious effects!
Join New Allies in a Battle to Protect Lumiose
To defend Lumiose City from the rising chaos, Team MZ unites with new allies:
- Ansha – A young girl traveling with Hoopa. Her handmade donuts awaken Hoopa’s powers, allowing Trainers to enter hyperspace.
- Korrina – Successor to the Mega Evolution lineage and expert in mastering every Mega Evolution. She joins Team MZ to face the strange new threats.

The Mega Stone needed to Mega Evolve Baxcalibur can be earned as a reward in online Ranked Battles via the Z-A Battle Club — available in both Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.

Bonus Side Mission: “Shine Bright like a Gemstone”
Starting November 6, 2025, Trainers can receive a Diancite Stone via the Mystery Gift feature and embark on an exclusive side mission — “Shine Bright like a Gemstone.”
Completing the mission allows Trainers to recruit the Mythical Pokémon Diancie, and use the Diancite Stone to Mega Evolve it into Mega Diancie!
(Note: This mission unlocks after completing the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A or Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.)
