PHC adopts GROW with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to modernize systems, integrate real-time data, and mark a major leap in the Philippine real estate market 

PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) has officially launched Phase 2 of Project Cosmos, marking a major milestone in its digital transformation journey powered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Developed in partnership with delaware Philippines, a trusted global SAP partner, this rollout underscores PHC’s continued commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the real estate sector.

Building on the successful Phase 1 implementation, Project Stellar, which modernized PHC’s financials and procurement systems, Phase 2 introduces robust capabilities in Real Estate Management, Project Systems, Asset Management, and Operational Analytics.

The official go-live event on May 16 brought together PHC executives, project teams, and delaware Philippines partners in a celebration of collaboration, resilience, and shared vision.
