In a meaningful gesture of generosity, Araneta Hotels Inc. (AHI) turned over a special donation to the J. Amado Araneta Foundation (JAAF) on June 19, symbolizing their commitment to giving back to the community.
The donation stemmed from the grand win of Novotel Manila Araneta City and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City in the Accor Choir Games held last December 2024, where both properties emerged as global champions. Managed by AHI, the two hotels chose to dedicate a portion of their prize money to JAAF in support of its programs in scholarships, youth development, and education.
Present at the ceremonial turnover were key representatives from both organizations: Darwin Labayandoy (Hotel Manager, Novotel), Diane Romero (Executive Director, JAAF), Rowell Recinto (JAAF Trustee and Senior Management Consultant, Araneta Group), Maria Garcia (Cluster General Manager), Felicia Ayechanmon (Resident Manager, ibis Styles), and Kristine Alba (Cluster Talent and Culture Director).
