Pops & Lani join ‘TNT all-star grand resbak 2025’ as new judges

Two of OPM’s most iconic voices, Concert Queen Pops Fernandez and Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha, are set to bring fresh energy to Tawag ng Tanghalan as they join the panel of judges for TNT All-Star Grand Resbak 2025.

Their addition to the popular singing competition has sparked excitement among fans and fellow hurados alike. It’s Showtime host Karylle expressed her enthusiasm about working with them.

“It was a surprise, but I’m really excited to have Pops and Lani on board. I can’t wait for them to experience how fun it is here,” she shared.

Veteran judges Maestro Louie Ocampo and Jed Madela are also thrilled about this season’s mix of returning contenders.

“I’m excited and nervous at the same time. To be surrounded by so much talent, I have to be prepared. This is what ‘TNT’ is all about—tried and tested performers,” Louie said.

Jed added, “I’m so happy that they’re giving these talented singers another chance to shine. This season is particularly exciting because these contestants have already proven themselves.”

Meanwhile, Ogie Alcasid teased an intense competition ahead, highlighting the show’s new format.

“This season’s format is amazing—true test of endurance and skill. Seeing familiar and fresh faces makes it even more exciting. For me, ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ remains the toughest singing competition in the country. It’s like a marathon—it truly stands the test of time,” he said.

Starting Monday, 48 talented resbakers will battle it out for a second shot at victory, representing their respective houses:
